THE STOCK MARKET…IN THE CROSSHAIRS

Each morning I post short videos via StockTwits wherein I discuss general market conditions ($ES_F $NQ_F $DJIA $SPY $DIA $QQQ) , bonds ($TLT), precious metals ($GLD $GDX $SLV) and commodities ($USO $UNG) to determine high possibility trade set ups for these and for individual stocks (both bullish and bearish).

The following are examples of various set-ups that Crosshairs traders use to determine possible opportunities.  Others are discussed in CTU and are available in the Crosshairs workspace via the Tradestation platform.

Enrollment for first quarter CTU is now underway.  Check out the information and enroll HERE.  TradeStation offers a FULL TUITION REIMBURSEMENT for those interested.  Please CONTACT me for details.

QUOTE OF THE DAY:  If we consider the market a place of higher learning then we consider discipline a requirement, not an elective.

THE STOCK MARKET…IN THE CROSSHAIRS

STRATEGIC SUMMARY:  Market is still grinding higher with little rest.  Bonds are tapping a down trend line and renegotiating support levels.  Oil is at an area with the convergence of a down trend line and high candle count setting up a much needed rest and natural gas is reversing at resistance levels, while the precious metals are doing the same.  Bottom line: we are cautiously bullish always mindful of market corrections at resistance levels.

STOCKS…IN THE CROSSHAIRS

STRATEGIC SUMMARY:   Watching general market continue its “little rest” bullish run.    We, therefore, are cautiously bullish but have bearish ideas on deck just in case.   Our long ideas include Bullish TIWs and several breakout candidates.  Our short ideas include Bearish TIWs and breakdowns out of recent consolidations.  Added new short and long ideas.
