On this day March 29, 1999 the Dow hit 10,000 for the first time in its history. We recently passed it a second time after a big retreat. May not be long before we celebrate DOW 11,000 again which, by the way, first occured a little over a month later on May 3, 1999. So, is it time to party like it is 1999??
