19 grad steve 2 300x216 An Apple A Day...We are endlessly reminded that Steve Jobs’ health is a major issue for APPLE (AAPL) shareholders.  The rumors have been flying about his decision not to attend MacWorld, which was announced December 16 and then today Jobs announced that he is taking a medical leave of absence, due to the complexity of his health related issues.  Instead of focusing on Jobs health, which is pure conjecture, or on the impact of this news on the stock or the company, I wish to remind you of a short commencement address Jobs gave at Stanford University on June 12, 2005.  This speech is worth more to me than any of the Apple products my family own or the money I have made from trading the stock.  Take 14 minutes to view (or review) this speech.  Steve Jobs is an asset because of his attitude not just because of his technological contributions.  One has changed the world, the other can change your mind.
